What's happened to the old website?

We have created a new website with a Shopping cart to make it easier and faster to order stock from us.

The old website and  log on/password details are no longer valid.

How do I log into the new website?

If you've received an email or letter from us, your new login and password details have been sent to you. Enter these details in the right hand side of the blue band at the top of the screen to gain acess to the new website. 

If we didin't have an email address registered for your business we weren't able to set you up with new login and password details. Please contact us on;

How do I order stock from the website?

Once you're logged in you should have access to the Souvenir and/or  Fashion sections of our product lines. These name(s) will appear in the Blue band at the top of the page, next to the Home button. Simply hover over a category to gain access to the sub-categories of product lines.

Select the category you wish to view eg. Souvenir Earrings. This brings up all relevant products. You can add an item to the cart or click on it to get more information (larger picture, more detailed description, related products). Continue to add other products as required. How do I search for items I know I want?

There is a search field in the top right hand side of the page underneath "Contact Us". This can be used to search for anything on the site including stock items.

If you're looking for multiple stock items do the following;

Once logged into the products section of the website, click on the Blue Multisearch button in the Grey Header and follow the instructions on screen. If you regularly order these items save the style codes and your webpage will be personalised with these products as a quick reference next time you order.

What role do our Reps play?

We have reps that visit our retail customers in store. Typically a Rep will be on a 4-5 week call cycle so you can expect a visit from them on this basis (it may be less frequent if you don't buy much from us).

The Rep will show customers new product samples, tidy the stand and place an order for top up stock with the customer as required. Any broken or damaged stock will also be returned to the Rep and a credit note issued. At all times you are able to call your Rep or our Head Office for assistance.

Do you offer Stands to display stock?

We have a variety of stands available to loan at no charge if you are an Aquarius Design customer. From floor to counter stands, your Rep can work through with you the options to ensure the right point of sale display is achieved for your store.

Our stands are loaned to customers on the condition they only stock Aquarius Design product.
